摘要 :[目的 ]探讨苯对作业工人红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活力的影响。 [方法 ]油漆或喷漆工人分为高浓度接触组和低浓度接触组各 5 0名 ,同时选择 2 6名同厂非接苯的管理、机加工人为对照组 ,用常规方法进行周围白细胞计数和血红蛋白定量 ,同时测定红细胞SOD活力。 [结果 ]与对照组相比 ,高、低浓度接触组外周血细胞数明显降低 (P <0 0 5 )。而高浓度苯接触组红细胞SOD活力却明显升高 (P <0 0 5 )。 [结论 ]长期接触苯作业工人SOD活力升高 。 Objective] This study is in order to examine the antioxidation condition in workers exposed to benzene.[Methods] 100 gumed and painted workers were divided into two groups—high benzene concentration exposed group (A) and low benzene concentration exposed group (B),26 workers non exposed to benzene in the same factories were seleted as control goup (C),their activity of erythrocyte SOD,hemoglobin (Hb) and peripheral blood leucocytes (WBC) were determinted.[Results] The results showed that WBC count in goup A was significantly lower than that in the other groups ( P <0 05),and the group B was apparent lower than the C group ( P <0 05).Erythrocyte SOD activity in group A was significantly higher than that in group C ( P <0 05).[Conclusion] There are certain effects of benzene on antioxidation condition in workers.
