新诺明分子印迹膜传感器的制备及其识别性能研究

Preparation and Recognition Properties of Sulfamethoxazole Sensor Based on Molecular Imprinted Polymer

摘要 以马来松香丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,磺胺甲曝唑为模板分子,在玻碳电极表面热聚合了一种磺胺甲嚼唑分子印迹聚合物传感膜。采用循环伏安法、差分脉冲伏安法及电化学交流阻抗法研究了敏感膜对磺胺甲嗯唑的响应特性。在优化的实验条件下,差分脉冲的峰电流与磺胺甲曙唑浓度分别在1.0×10^-6-1.6×10^-4mol/L及4.0×10^-4-1.4×10^-2mol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系(线性相关系数分别为R=0.9989,R=0.9991),检出限(S/N=3)为3.0×10^-7mol/L。该印迹传感器选择性高,重现性好。将此印迹传感器对复方新诺明中磺胺甲嗯唑的含量进行了测定,回收率在95%一106%。 A molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) film for the determination of sulfamethoxazole was fabricated onto a glassy carbon electrode using ethylene glycol maleic rosinate acrylate as a cross linking agent,methacrylic acid as functional mono- mer by the thermal polymerization method. The performance of the imprinted film was investigated by cyclic vohammetry ( CV ) , differential pulse vohammetry ( DPV ) and electro- chemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Under the optimum experimental conditions,the DPV peak current shows a linear dependence on the sulfamethoxazole concentration in the ran- ges of 1.0 × 10 -6 - 1.6 × 10 -+ mol/L and 4.0 ×10±1.4 × 10 -2 mol/L of sulfamethoxazole( each correlation coef- ficient of 0. 998 9 and 0. 999 1, respectively) with the detec- tion limit( S/N = 3 ) of 3.0 x 10 -7 mol/L. This imprinted pol- ymer film electrode shows a higher selection and better repro- ducibility for sulfamethoxazole. The sensor was successfully applied to the determination of sulfamethoxazle in Paediatric Compound Sulfamethoxazole Tablet samples with recovery ranging from 95% to 106%.
