5种试剂显现手掌面铁器遗留印迹的比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 在和3-(2-吡啶基)-5,6-二苯基-1,2,4-三嗪(PDT)比较的基础上,研究红菲啰啉、邻菲啰啉、2,4,6-三(2-吡啶基)-1,3,5三嗪、苯基-2-吡啶基酮肟和PDT 5种试剂对手掌面铁器遗留印迹的显现效果。以Lab色彩模式中的a值和b值为评价指标,考察影响显现效果的各种因素。结果表明,当手掌面和铁器接触时间达到3 min时,用1 mg/mL各溶液进行喷洒显现后,5种试剂的显出率≥60%,分辨率可达到"中等"以上水平。5种试剂显色强度大小依次是:2,4,6-三(2-吡啶基)-1,3,5三嗪>PDT>红菲啰啉>邻菲啰啉>苯基-2-吡啶基酮肟,其中,2,4,6-三(2-吡啶基)-1,3,5三嗪的灵敏度、显出率、分辨率最高,检测时限最长,与肤色反差大,在侦查实践中有很好的应用前景。 Based on the comparison with PDT,the detection of iron traces on hands with 4,7-dipheny|-I, 10-phenanthroline, 1,10-phenanthroline, 2,4,6-3-( 2-pyridyl ) -1,3,5-triazine, PDT and phenyl-2-pyridyl ketoxime were invesigated. The a-value and b-value within Lab color mode was applied to evaluate the Color reaction results, which offered an assess- ment system to study the various factors. It was shown that when the detection condition was: a 3 min contact time,developing reagent of 1 mg · mL^- 1, with the use of ascorhic acid, the detection rate was greater than 60%, and the resolu- tion would he achieved " strong " or " medium " level The or- der of the intensity was 2,4,6-3-(2-pyridyl) -1,3,5-triazine, PDT, 4,7-diphenyl-1, lO-phcnanthroline, 1, lO-phenanthro- line, and phenyl-2-pyr/dyl ketoxime. Additionally, with the highest detection rate, highest resolution and the longest de- tection limit, 2,4, 6-3-( 2-pyridyl )-1,3,5-triazine may he widely applied in the criminal case in future.
