1-(反式-4-丙基环己基)-2-[4-(3'-氟-4'-对烷基苯基)-联苯]丙烷类液晶的合成

摘要 以3-氟溴苯,对溴苯腈等为原料,经过格氏反应,Suzuki反应,Witting反应,氢化反应等共7步反应最终合成3种标题化合物类液晶化合物,总收率约为25%-35%,产物气相色谱纯度均〉99.5%,结构经IR、^1HNMR及GC-MS确证。其中1-(反式14-丙基环己基)-2-[4-(3’-氟苯基)-苯基]丙烷与正丁基锂物质的量比为1:1.3,锂化时间为2h。 Three kinds of 1 - ( trans-4 -propylcyclohexyl ) -2- [ 4 - ( 3'-fluoro-4'-p-alkylphenyl ) -diphenyl ] propane liquid crys- tals were synthesized from 1-bromo-3-fluorobenzene,4-brumo- benzonitrile etc. as raw materials by a total of seven step reac- tions such as Grignard reaction, Suzuki reaction,Witting reac- tion, hydrogenation reaction etc. The overall yield was about 25% ~ 35% with purity above 99.5% (GC). Structures of the compounds were confirmed by IR, I HNMR and GC-MS. The mole ratio of the 1 - ( trans-4 -propylcyclohexyl ) -2 - [ 4 - ( 3'- fluorophenyl)-phenyl] propane with butyl lithium was I: 1.3 and the reaction time of lithiation reaction was 2 h.
