我国沙产业统计指标体系构建研究

Study on the Construction of Sand Industry Statistical Index System

从沙产业的概念和内涵出发,分析了构建沙产业统计指标体系的重要性,强调了应遵循科学性、可操作性、全面性、以及简便性的构建原则。提出了我国沙产业统计指标体系框架,指标体系构成上包括产业基本情况指标、生产及服务指标、带动效益及贡献指标3个方面;统计调查方法上采取系统调查与典型调查相结合的统计方式;统计层次上按照国家层次、地区层次(省/市级)和基层层次(企事业单位)逐层统计上报。

Starting from the concept and connotation of sand industry, this paper analyzes the importance of the sand industry statistical index system of building, should follow some principles, such as the scientific nature and operability, comprehensive, and ease of construction, and then proposes sand industry statistical index system framework, which include three aspects,such as basic situation, production and service, drive efiiciency and contribution; Statistical survey methods on the system investigation combined with typical survey statistics way; Statistical level according to the national level, regional level （province/city） and grass-roots level （enterprises） three level layers of statistical report.
