瓜蒌瓤提取物对酪氨酸酶抑制作用的研究

Inhibiting Effect of Extract from Fruit Pulp of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.on Tyrosinase Activity

【目的】探讨瓜蒌瓤提取物对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用。【方法】考察了提取溶剂、L-酪氨酸量、酪氨酸酶的量、反应时间等因素对酪氨酸酶抑制率的影响。【结果】当加入50μL浓度为0.362mg/mL的L-酪氨酸,50μL活力为327U/mL的酪氨酸酶,反应5min时,瓜蒌瓤提取物对酪氨酸酶有较明显的抑制作用。【结论】瓜蒌瓤提取物对酪氨酸酶有明显的抑制作用,可作为化妆品的天然美白添加剂。

[Objective] The aim of the study was to explore the inhibiting effect of extract from fruit pulp of T. kirilowii on tyrosinase activity. [Method] In this study, microculture plate reader was used to investigate the effects of extraction solvent, L-tyrosine volume, the amount of tyrosinase and reaction time on tyrosinase activity. [Results] When 50 μL L-tyrosine with 0. 362 mg/ mL and 50 gL tyrosinase with 327 U/mL were added, and the reaction time was 5 rain, the inhibi- ting effect of extract from fruit pulp of T. kirilowii on tyrosinase activity were the most significant. [Conclusion] The extract from fruit pulp of T. kirilowii had significant inhibiting effects on tyrosinase activity. Therefore, it can be used as a natural whitening cosmetic additive.
