摘要
目的:观察脑梗塞后大鼠膀胱肌动蛋白β-actin、Ⅰ型胶原蛋白表达的变化。方法:线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉脑缺血模型,SP免疫组化方法检测脑梗塞大鼠梗塞后10d、30d、60d膀胱β-actin和Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的表达情况。结果:脑梗塞后随着时间的延长,膀胱β-actin和Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的表达均逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中后膀胱功能障碍与肌源性损伤有关,β-actin和Ⅰ型胶原蛋白作为评估膀胱顺应性的指标,二者表达的改变对指导临床治疗具有一定的意义。
Objective:To observe the changes of β-actin and type Ⅰ collagen expression in urinary bladder of cerebral infarction rats.Methods:The middle cerebral artery ischemia rats' model was made by suture method. SP stain was used to detect the expression of β-actin and type Ⅰ collagen in urinary bladder of cerebral infarction rats respectively 10d, 30d, 60d after infarction.Results:With the extension of time after cerebral infarction, the expression of β-actin and type I collagen in urinary bladder increased gradually (P〈 0.05).Conclusions: Bladder dysfunction after stroke is associated with myogenic damage.As the evaluation index of bladder compliance, changes of β-actin and type Ⅰ collagen expression has certain significance to guide clinical treatment.
