摘要
介绍超声波流量计的工作原理,与罗茨流量计进行性能对比。探讨了超声波流量计计量精度的主要影响因素(气体组成、流场、脏污)及应对措施。
The working principle of ultrasonic flowmeter is introduced, and its performance is com- pared with that of Roots flowmeter. The main factors including gas composition, flow field and dirtiness that influence ultrasonic flowmeter measurement precision and response measures are discussed.
