免费师范生就业满意度调查及其思考——以华东师范大学为例 被引量:10

An Investigation on the Employment Satisfaction of Tuition-free Student Teachers——Taking East China Normal University as a Case

摘要 在最难就业季的冲击下,免费师范生当前的就业状况如何,对就业结果的评价及满意度怎样?本研究以华东师范大学为例,深入考察与了解免费师范生对培养体系、就业过程和签约结果的满意程度,旨在为进一步完善免费师范生政策和深入开展就业指导工作提供参考和支持。结果显示,免费师范生对高校整体培养体系较为满意;对教育部免费师范生政策和学校就业工作的满意度显著高于各省的政策和举措;对已落实工作满意度较高,其中就业城市类型、单位性质、单位类型和单位具体情况均对会就业满意度产生相关影响。 During the most overwhelming ioh hunting season, what situation are tuition-free student teachers faced up with, and how they feel for the job hunting results? This research takes East China Normal University for instance, investigates tuition-free student teachers' satisfaction to cultivating system, process and results of employment, and aim to provide the reference and support to the further perfection of relative policy. The result reveals that tuition-free student teachers are relatively satisfied with the cultivating system of universities; and the satisfaction to the policy of Ministry of Education and the employment work of universities are much more higher than that of their own provinces; tuition-free student teachers get a high satisfaction to the settled job, and among all the factors, the job location, the character, the type and the specific of workplace all influence the satisfaction to the employment.
