摘要
教师是一个特殊的职业,学习伴随一生。教师学习方式转变不仅关系到教师的专业成长,更关系到国家未来年轻一代的成长。社会因素、学校组织因素、职业因素和个人因素是教师学习方式转变的四大动力因素,交织成教师学习的动力层次结构。各要素之间的强度不均衡,内外驱力相抵是教师学习动力缺失,方式难以转变的主要原因。从动力结构的角度进行分析与建构,以期获得教师学习方式转变研究和实践的新视野。
Teaching is a special career, with lifelong learning. The transformation of teachers' learning style not only matters teachers' improvement in profession, but also matters the growing-up of the younger generation. Society, school, career and personal factors are the four driving factors in the transformation of teachers' learning style and they interact to construct the driving structure. Inequality of strengths among the factors and counteraction of forces from inside and outside are the major causes of deficiency of teachers' learning motivation and difficulty in transforming learning style. This paper presents analysis and construction in the perspective of the driving structure, aiming at discovering a new horizon in the research and practice of the trans-formation of teachers' learning style.
