大学生手型尺寸分布及其对触屏手机操作绩效影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过调查分析大学生手型尺寸分布,研究用户手型尺寸对触屏手机操作的影响。方法首先收集了250名大学生的手部参数,通过聚类分析将手型尺寸分为大、中、小三类,然后采用系列目标按键任务研究用户手型尺寸对触屏手机操作绩效的影响。结果(1)大学生手型尺寸总体符合正态分布;(2)操作中等尺寸触屏手机时,大、中、小三种手型用户在操作速度和准确率上无明显差异,但大手用户的手部肌肉最为轻松省力,而中手用户的使用评价优于小手用户和大手用户。结论大学生手型尺寸符合正态分布,手型尺寸显著影响用户对触屏手机的使用,大手用户和中手用户的使用效果优于小手用户。 Objective To analyze the distribution of hand sizes of university students and study the effects of users' hand sizes on the operation on touch screen mobile phone. Method In this study we collected hands' data from 250 university students and classified their hand sizes into three types (small, median and large) by cluster analysis firstly, then we adopted serial target pressing task to explore the effects of different hand sizes on the operation performance of touch screen mobile phone. Results (1) University students' hand-type sizes accord with normal distribution in general; (2) When the median size mobile phone is used, the performance of the three hand-types of users have no significant difference, large-hand users' hand muscles are more la- bor-saving than others, and median-hand users hold better subjective evaluation than small-hand users and large-hand users. Conclusion University students' hand-type sizes accord with normal distribution. Hand-type sizes significantly affect the use of touch-screen mobile phone, large-hand and median-hand users' use it better than small-hand users.
