摘要
从理论、实践两方面分析探讨了中国烟草专卖专营制度的性质,阐述了坚持和完善中国烟草专卖专营制度的理论合理性和现实必要性,肯定了烟草行业维护国家利益和消费者利益的社会价值所在。
The characteristics of China＇s tobacco monopoly system were discussed in theoretical and pragmatic perspective. It indicated that it is essential to uphold and improve China＇s tobacco monopoly system. Tobacco industry employees should realize their social values by standing up for state interest and consumer benefits.
