慢性前列腺炎患者疼痛和排尿症状的调查分析

The investigation and analysis for symptoms of pain and urination with chronic prostatitis Patients

目的 了解慢性前列腺炎（cP）患者的分型及症状特点,探讨CP诊断的方法.方法 采用NIH-CPSI问卷及QOL问卷,自行设计的相关调查表对门诊就诊的CP患者共1500例进行问卷调查.结果 回收有效问卷1313份,患者中出现有相关部位疼痛症状的有977（80.1％）例,排尿症状的有841（68.9％）例.疼痛及排尿症状评分为14.17±6.07,其他症状评分为2.41±2.10,总分为16.58±6.69.CPSI及QOL影响评分分别为：疼痛症状评分为7.53±4.47,排尿症状评分为3.77±2.91,QOL影响分值为7.83±2.40,CPSI评分为19.13±6.24.调查显示本组有843例依据临床经验来诊断的,有184例依据NIH-CPSI诊断.结论 疼痛和排尿症状是慢性前列腺炎的主要表现,大部分临床医生依靠症状来诊断CP.通过用疼痛和排尿症状合理的评分来诊断慢性前列腺炎尤其是EPS涂片阴性的患者是可能的.

Objectives To study the characteristics of classification and symptoms in chronic prostatitis （CP） patients,and explore diagnostic approach of chronic prostatitis（CP）.Methods NIH-CPSI,QOL,and a self-designed questionnaire were employed in 1500 cases of CP patients.Results A total of 1313 efective questionnaires were coUected. 977 （80.1%） patients with pain symptoms,841 （68.9%） patients urination symptoms.Pain and urination symptom scores was 14.17 ± 6.07,other symptom scores was 2.41 ± 2.10,the total score of 16.58 ± 6.69.Pain symptom scores was7.53 ± 4.47,urination symptom scores was3.77 ± 2.91,QOL scores was7.83± 2.40,CPSI score was 19.13 ± 6.24.According to the survey,there are 843 people on the basis of clinical experience to diagnose,there are 184 people according to NIH-CPSI diagnosis.Conclusions Pain and urination symptom is the main manifestations of chronic prostatitis,and most clinical doctors rely on symptoms to diagnosis of CP.With pain and urination and reasonable score to diagnose patients with chronic prostatitis especially EPS smear negative is possible.
