MSCs通过CD4^+T细胞调节慢性肾间质纤维化的研究进展

摘要 间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)是一类来源于多种组织,具有自我更新和多向分化能力的多能间质细胞,具有低免疫原性,并具有向损伤组织和炎症部位迁移的特性,参与组织损伤的修复.目前观点认为:各种病因引起的肾小球内毛细血管内皮细胞激活,炎性细胞浸润,释放致肾毒性炎性介质,引起了肾内炎性反应,是导致肾间质纤维化的重要机制.MSCs能分泌多种可溶性因子,参与细胞免疫调控主要是CD4+T细胞的调节.本文就慢性肾纤维化发病的免疫相关机制,MSCs通过对CD4+T细胞及相关细胞因子的免疫调节及抗炎作用的研究,其改善慢性肾损伤,减少炎细胞浸润,减轻肾间质纤维化的修复作用原理作一综述.
