A型肉毒杆菌毒素治疗膀胱疼痛综合征/间质性膀胱炎的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 膀胱疼痛综合征/间质性膀胱炎（BPS/IC）目前病因不明,治疗方式多种,但疗效不乐观.A型肉毒杆菌毒素（BTX-A）在临床治疗BPS/IC中取得初步进展,对治疗以往方法无效或者复发的难治性BPS/IC具有短期临床疗效,并且重复注射、联合水扩张治疗安全有效,在膀胱内注射部位、用量、浓度也有初步研究.国内此类研究较少,有助于指导临床实践.
