Bmi-1在人类实体肿瘤诊治中的相关研究进展

摘要 B细胞特性莫洛尼小鼠白血病毒插入位点1(B cell-specific MLV integration site-1,Bmi-1)在近期的研究中发现高表达于多种人类肿瘤,并参与肿瘤的恶性表型维持和恶性转化,具有癌基因性质,与肿瘤的分化,分期密切相关,是预后的独立因子.它在人类实体肿瘤中的表达是一个具有巨大潜力的标志,为患者的早期诊断、生存率预测和肿瘤的治疗提供了一个有巨大潜能的途径.鉴于Bmi-1在人类肿瘤中的重要作用,本文对其研究进展作一综述.
