KBT-ZTC絮凝纯化合欢皮多糖的工艺研究

Study on the Process of Flocculating Purification of Total Polysaccharides from Albizzia Julibrissin Durazz by KBT-ZTC Flocculant

文章研究了KBT-ZTC絮凝剂对合欢皮总多糖的絮凝纯化工艺,通过单因素和正交实验,得到优化的工艺条件:KBT-ZTC的A、B组分质量体积比为各0.40mL/g,絮凝温度35℃,絮凝时间2h,药液浓缩比1∶10,得到多糖保留率、脱蛋白率和纯度分别为90.81%、52.89%和49.65%,均高于水提醇沉工艺的纯化效果.

The essay is aimed at studying the flocculating purification of total polysaccharides from A1- bizzia julibrissin Durazz by using KBT-ZTC. Through single factor and orthogonal experiment, the opti- mum conditions were obtained as follows：the dosage of KBT-ZTC＇s component A and B were 0.4 mL/g re- spectively,temperature was 35℃ ,flocculation time was 2 h, drug density was 1 ： 10. Under the optimum conditions, the polysaccharide retention rate, protein removal rate and the purity of polysaccharide were 90.81% ,52.89%, 49.65% respectively, which is superior to that of the traditional method of extracting with water and depositing with alcohol.
