摘要
纳米银线因其具有透光度高和导电性好的特点而成为制备柔性透明导电膜材料的良好选择.长径比是影响透光度和导电性的主要因素,银线的长径比越大,导电膜的透光度越高,导电性越好.采用多元醇法将硝酸银中的Ag+还原得到了高长径比纳米银线,反应所用的试剂包括还原剂乙二醇、结构导向剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和络合剂氯化铜.用X线衍射仪和电子扫描显微镜等手段对纳米银线的形貌进行表征.该方法操作简便,反应时间短,PVP用量少,制得的纳米银线纯度高,长径比可达1000以上.
Silver Nanowires is a good choice for preparation of flexible transparent conductive film ma- terial because of its high light transmittance and high conductivity. The aspect ratio of silver nanowires is the main factor influencing the transmittance and conductivity of the flexible transparent conductive film material. And the higher the aspect ratio of silver nanowires,the higher transmittance and better conductiv- ity. In this paper,high aspect ratio silver nanowires were prepared by the reduction of silver ions in silver nitrate through polyol process. The reagents in this reaction include silver nitrate, ethylene glycol, Polyvi- nylpyrrolidone(PVP)and cupric chloride (CuC12), which serve as precursor, reducing agent,structure di- rector and complexing agent,respectively. The morphology of the silver nanowires was characterized by X- ray powder diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The silver nanowires synthesized by this method which costs short time and operates easily have high purity and high aspect ratios which is more than 1000.
