摘要
胰腺腺泡细胞在受到兴奋剂刺激后胞内可出现典型的规律性钙振荡。乙酰胆碱(ACh)和缩胆囊素(CCK)是胰腺腺泡细胞的生理兴奋剂,也是研究中最常使用的兴奋剂。不同兴奋剂引起的胰腺腺泡细胞钙振荡各有特点,这可能与它们产生的机制不同有关。这种规律性钙振荡参与腺泡细胞的多种生理学功能,研究胞内钙振荡的产生机制和调控具有重要的生理和病理生理意义。该文主要综述ACh和CCK引起的胰腺腺泡细胞钙振荡的特点、研究方法、产生机制及相关研究进展。
Pancreatic acinar cells exhibit typical and regular calcium oscillations when they are stimulated by agonists acetylcholine (ACh) or cholecystokinin (CCK). Both ACh and CCK are not only physiological stimulants in pancreatic acinar cell but also the most popular agonists used for study of agonist-induced intra- cellular Ca2 ~ signaling in acinar cells. Calcium oscillations evoked by different agonists display different features, which might be due to their different underlying mechanisms. The regular calcium oscillations are involved in multiple physiological functions of pancreatic acinar cells. It's important to study generation mechanism and regulation of calcium oscillations in physiology and pathophysiology. Here is to make a review of the features, research methods, generation mechanisms and related research advances of calcium oscilla- tions evoked by ACh and CCK in pancreatic acinar cells.
