摘要
目前骨生物学的研究热点是在人体非创伤性股骨头坏死局部区域的基因实验,在骨组织中找到调控间充质细胞向成骨细胞分化的因子。最近在这个领域的研究已经取得了突破性进展,确认了核心结合因子α1(Cbfα1)是成骨细胞的一个关键的转录因子,在成骨细胞分化中必不可少。因此,希望随着对Cbfα1基因研究的深入,为利用药物上调Cbfα1在股骨头坏死股骨头局部中的表达,从而延缓股骨头坏死提供理论依据,为治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死提供新思路。
Gene experiment of finding factors regulating mesenchymal cells differentiating into osteoblast in the non-traumatic osteonecrosis focal area in human is currently the hotspot in bone biology. Recent research has made breakthrough progress in this field, confirmed the core binding factor alphal 1 ( Cbfαl ) is a key transcription factor of the osteoblast differentiation. Therefore, it's expected that the further genetic research of the Cbfal will provide theoretical references for upregulation of Cbfα1 expression in focal tissue of osteonecrosis to delay the osteonecrosis, and new ideas for the treatment of non-traumatic osteonecrosis.
