摘要 胃癌是消化道最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发生、发展是多因素、多步骤作用的结果,其中癌基因的激活或过表达在胃癌的发生、发展中起到了重要作用。近些年研究发现,信号转导和转录活化因子3(STAT3)是公认的癌基因,在胃癌中呈过度激活状态,STAT3的过表达可促进胃癌细胞增殖、侵袭和转移。相关实验证实,抑制STAT3的表达为胃癌的基因治疗提供了新靶点。该文综述了STAT3的结构特点及其与胃癌细胞生物学行为的研究进展。 Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive tract, its develop- ment is multifactorial multi-step result, and oncogene activation or overexpression plays an important role in the development of gastric cancer. In recent years studies have found that the signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) is recognized as the oncogene, which is over-activated in gastric cancer, and STAT3 overexpression can promote gastric cancer cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis. The relevant experiments confirmed that the inhibition of STAll3 expression provides a new target for gene therapy of gas- tric cancer. Here is to make a review of the research progress in the structural characteristics of STA33 and its biological behavior in gastric cancer cells.
