摘要
胃癌是我国最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,居我国恶性肿瘤病死率的第1位,严重影响了人民的生命健康。姜黄素是从姜科、天南星科中一些植物的根茎中提取出来的一种脂溶性酚类色素,其对肿瘤细胞有明确的抑制作用。维生素C是一种具有多种生物学功能的水溶性己糖衍生物,它是天然的抗氧化剂,对肿瘤的发生有预防作用,其对肿瘤治疗作用的研究还处于初级阶段。该文将对姜黄素与维生素C对胃癌细胞生长抑制的研究进展进行综述。
Gastric cancer is the most common tumor of alimentary canal in China, the top one among malignant tumors with regards to the death rate, which is greatly threatening people's health. Curcumin is a kind of fat-soluble phenolic pigment extracted from roots of plants belonging to Zingiberaceae and Araceae. It has definite inhibition of the tumor cells. Vitamin C, with various biological functions, is a kind of water-solu- ble hexose derivative. Vitamin C is a natural antioxidant which can prevent the occurrence of tumor, though study on its curing effect of tumor is still in the preliminary stage. Here is to make a review of the research develooment of curcumin and vitamin C inhibition on gastric cancer growth.
