中医药联合激光治疗黄褐斑的现状和进展

The Status and Progress of Chinese Medicine Combined with Laser Treatment of Melasma

黄褐斑是临床常见的损美性疾病,常对称性分布在暴露于太阳光照射部位,皮损为浅至深褐色的斑点、斑疹,多发生在前额部、颧部、下颌部等面部皮肤,严重影响女性颜面部美观,给患者造成很大的精神上和心理上的压力。激光通过选择性光热作用对黑素小体进行爆破,减少黄褐斑的生成,同时采用中医辩证分型进行汤药调理、外敷、针刺等疗法联合应用疗效较好。该文就近年来中医药联合激光治疗黄褐斑的临床研究进行综述。

Melasma is a common clinical beauty-impairing disease, which is often symmetrically distribu- ted in parts exposed to sunlight, with lesion featured as light to dark brown spots, often in the forehead, zygo- matie ,jaw and other facial skin. Although this disease has no obvious discomfort,it seriously affects women＇s facial appearance and causes serious mental and psychological burden on patients. Laser could blast melano- somes through the function of selective photothermolysis, thereby reducing melasma symptoms. Chinese medi- cine by the combination of dialectical type, topical, acupuncture and other therapies also have a good effect. Here is to summarize the clinical studies progress in Chinese medicine combined with laser treatment of melasma in recent years.
