摘要
光伏组件灰尘效应严重影响电能输出效率,为了实现灰尘的自动清除,借助CATIA软件,设计了一种光伏组件自动除尘装置。该装置可通过铲、刷、抹3种动作完成光伏组件表面的清理。装置具有低耗、无水、无清洁剂和无二次污染等特点。样机测试结果表明:该装置设计合理,动作准确,技术上可行、可靠,具有应用推广价值。
Because of dust effect,the power output efficiency of photovoltaic (PV) module decreases sharply.A set of auto-clean device has been designed with CATIA software in order to clean the dust layer deposited on PV glass surface.The surface of photovoltaic modules can be effectively cleaned by shovel,brush and wipe.The device has the advantage of low consumption,waterlessness,no detergent,and no secondary pollution.Prototype debugging shows the viable of basic function with promotional value.
