摘要
本研究采用事件取样法,对在江苏镇江市一所幼儿园混龄班观察所得的129例幼儿告状行为事件进行分析研究。结果表明:混龄班幼儿告状以同龄幼儿告状为主;相比于同龄编班形式.混龄编班形式有效规避了部分告状行为事件的发生;幼儿告状的原因首先是举报其他幼儿违反规则,其次是申诉受到同伴侵犯;幼儿告状动机主要表现为寻求帮助、检举他人及表现自己:教师对幼儿告状的反应以积极反馈型为主。基于此,研究者提出了相关建议。
Adopting event sampling method, this paper analyzes 129 cases of children's Gaozhuang behavior of a mixed-age class in a kindergarten in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province. The results show that Gaozhuang behavior occurs mainly among the same age children; compared with the same-age class, the form of mixed-age class effectively avoids some Gaozhuang behaviors; the main reason causing children's Gaozhuang is other children's violation of the rules, followed by peer violation; Children's Gaozhuang motivation mainly is for help, report, and express themselves; teachers should respond positively to children's Gaozhuang. Some suggestions are provided based on the results.
