EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON PYROLYSIS OF GREEN SOYBEAN STRAW

摘要 以毛豆秆为实验原料,研究不同热解温度、物料粒径和金属氧化物催化剂对毛豆秆热解产生的可燃气(CO、H2)生成特性和最终失重率的影响。实验发现,提高热解温度,可燃气的产量和最终失重率增大;高温热解时,毛豆秆粒径对热解的影响很小,最终失重率维持在约93%;金属氧化物Al2O3、Fe2O3、Ni2O3和CaO催化热解毛豆秆,可提高可燃气的产量,但会减小最终失重率,减小率最大可达9.84%。 The experiment was investigated about the influence of pyrolysis temperature, material particle size, and metal oxide as catalyst on the pyrolysis of soybean straw which including the influence on the formation characteristics of its flammable gas (CO, H2) and ultimate weight loss rate. It was found out that the flammable gas yield and ultimate weight loss rate increase with increasing the pyrolysis temperature, and soybean straw's particle size does not show much influence on pyrolysis because of high pyrolysis temperature, the ultimate weight loss rate remained at about 93%. In addition, using metal oxide Al2O3, Fe2O3, Ni2O3 and CaO as catalysts to pyrolyse soybean straw can improve flammable gas production but reduce ultimate weight loss rate, the biggest reduction rate can reach to 9.84%.
