“自由”的选择与身体的“赋权”——论体育对女性休闲困境的消解

“Free of Choices”and“Empowered Body”——Resolution of Sport to the Dilemma of Women's Leisure

以女性主义为理论视角,揭示了休闲对女性"自由与发展"以及"失范与异化"的双重含义,并以身体活动为切入点从身体的实践与赋权、打破二元性别空间、抵制性别秩序三种途径讨论了体育运动如何突破休闲本身对女性的限制,进而实现对女性休闲发展困境的消解。最后指出,虽然体育从个体和微观的层面有消解女性休闲局限性的作用,为女性带来选择的自由与身体的赋权,但是这个目标需要一个更加平等、自由、合理的社会制度与文化环境才能有效达成。

This paper,from the perspective of feminist theory,revealed the double meanings of leisure to women,which are＂freedom and development＂versus＂anomie and alienation＂.It argues that sports activities can contribute to breaking down the constraints of leisure on women and solving the practical problems through three approaches：body practice and empowerment, breaking through the dual structure of gender space,resisting the gender order.At last,it pointed out that sport would bring women free of choices and empowerment in individual and micro-dimension.However,this goal could be only achieved by providing an equal,free and appropriate social institution and cultural environment.
