摘要
三维数字化设计制造能力已经成为我国企业竞争的核心,是目前实现企业研制能力变革的支点和突破口。针对目前我国有些企业把三维工艺仿真片面理解为三维工艺,对三维数字化设计制造技术的内涵把握不准确等问题,分析了目前我国企业三维设计制造的迫切需求,详细阐述了三维数字化设计制造技术的内涵,对三维数字化设计制造中的关键技术问题进行了论述,并结合典型案例进行了应用分析。给出了我国军工企业全三维设计、三维到工艺、三维到设备的三步走战略,以及实施三维数字化设计制造技术的两点建议。
The capabilities of 3D digital design and manufacturing have become the core in the competition between enterprises,which are also the backbone and breakthrough point to promote the reformation of developing and manufacturing abilities.Aiming at the problems that 3D process simulation was interpreted as 3D process and the connotation of 3D digital design and manufacturing technology was not grasped correctively in some enterprises,the current demand of domestic 3D design and manufacturing was analyzed,the connotation of 3D digital design and manufacturing technology was elaborated,and the key technologies of 3D digital design and manufacturing were expounded and discussed.By combining with the typical cases analyses,the three-step development strategies of 3D design,3D to process and 3D to equipment for our defense industry enterprises and the two proposals of implementary 3D digital design and manufacturing technology were given.
