摘要
用3种方法对氯化亚铜团聚体的微观分散进行了研究,目的是能以较小的代价破碎氯化亚铜团聚体,并将它们分散到硅粒表面即实现所谓的"微观分散"及探索实验中所用方法能否推广到流化床反应器的进料系统。实验中利用超声分散法、在氯化亚铜合成中加入分散剂及引入硅粉等方法,从而制得高分散性硅-铜触体。并对催化剂的活性进行了评价对比,得出在氯化亚铜合成中引入硅粉法为最佳方案,通过该工艺制得的硅-铜触体可作为大规模工业化生产有机硅单体的催化剂。
The micro disperse for conglomeration of cuprous chloride was researched by 3 ways,with the purpose of destroy- ing the aggregates of cuprous chloride at the least cost and dispersing them onto the surface of silicon particle ,which was so called micro disperse, and also exploring the possibility whether the experimental method can be applied to the feeding system of the fluidized bed reactor.Silicon-copper contacts with high dispersion were prepared by using the methods, such as ultrasonic dispersion method, cuprous chloride synthesis method, and introduction of silicon powder etc..The activity of the catalysts was compared and evaluated.It was concluded that the method of introduction of silicon powder into cuprous chloride was the best way.The prepared silicon-copper contacts through this method can be used for catalyst in large-scale industrialized production of organosilieon monomer.
