摘要
利用高温固相法以不同粒度的氢氧化铝为原料制备片状α-氧化铝.通过激光粒度分析仪、扫描电子显微镜及X射线衍射仪对产品进行了表征,得出了最佳制备工艺条件.结果表明,在最佳制备条件下制备的片状α-氧化铝粒度在20 μm左右,径厚比为(5~8)∶1,大多为六角形片状.并首次提出了利用吸附-脱附等温线的重叠程度来表征片状氧化铝,可在片状氧化铝制备中应用.
The flaky a-alumina is prepared by high-temperature solid phase method using aluminum hydroxide with different particle sizes as raw material.The products were characterized by laser particle size analyzer, scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction, and the optimum preparation conditions were determined.Resuh showed that flaky a-alumina under the optimum preparation conditions had the particle size about 20 um, diameter to thickness ratio of(5-8):1,and most of hexagonal flakes.And the degree of overlap of adsorption-desorption isotherms to characterize flaky alumina was first used in its preparation.
