摘要
以铝渣为原料,研究聚合氯化铝的制备工艺。通过单因素实验法考察了反应温度、反应时间、盐酸浓度、液料比(盐酸铝渣体积质量比)4个因素对氧化铝溶出率的影响。在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交实验,确定最佳工艺条件为:反应温度为90℃、反应时间为30 min、盐酸浓度为8 mol/L、液料比为1.5 mL/g。在最优的条件下,氧化铝的溶出率为13.01%。将自制的聚合氯化铝用于处理造纸中段废水,结果令人满意。
Preparition technology of poly aluminum chloride with aluminum dregs as raw material was studied.Effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, hydrochloric acid concentration, and ratio of liquid to solid (volume/mass ratio of HCl to aluminum dregs) on the leaching rate of alumina were studied by single factor analysis method.Based on single factor experiment, the orthogonal experiment design was used to optimize the preparation conditions.The optimal preparation conditions were as follows:reaction temperature was 90℃, reaction time was 30 min, hydrochloric acid concentration was 8 mol/L, and ratio of liquid to solid was 1.5 mL/g.Under these conditions ,the leaching rate of alumina was 13.01%.Wastewater in middle course of papermaking had been treated by self-made poly aluminum chloride and the result of the experiment was satisfactory.
