细纱牵伸区关键部件对成纱条干的影响 被引量:4

摘要 探讨细纱机几种牵伸部件对成纱条干的影响。阐述了前冲上销、前区和后区压力棒改善成纱条干的作用机理,选择JC 18.2 tex、JC 14.6 tex、JC 9.7 tex、JC 7.3 tex纱4个品种,采用几种牵伸部件不同的搭配使用方式进行纺纱试验,并分析了使用效果。结果表明:3种牵伸部件对成纱条干均有改善作用,纺纱号数较细时,作用更加明显;依条干改善程度,前区压力棒最强,前冲上销和后区压力棒次之;前、后区压力棒联合使用效果优于单独使用效果。认为:应根据产品质量要求,结合生产实际,合理选择使用方式,注意做好配套工艺的优选,加强部件维护和相关管理工作,使牵伸部件能够更好地发挥作用。 Effect of key component in spinning draft zone on yarn evenness was discussed. Mechanism of front-ex- tended top pin, front and back pressure bar to yarn evenness was introduced. Four kinds of yarn JC 18. 2 rex, JC 14.6 tex,JC 9.7 tex and JC 7.3 tex were selected. Spinning tests were carried out when adopting different draft de- vice different combination, the use effect was analyzed. The result shows that yarn evenness can be improved by the three draft devices. The effect is more obvious when the yarn count is finer. According to improving degree, the first is front pressure bar,front-extended top pin and back pressure bar is secondary. Effect of front and back pressure bar combina- tion is better than that of single use. It is considered that draft device function can be used fully through adopting a series of measures, such as according to product quality demand, combining practical practice, selecting use styles rationally, op- timizing processing parameter, strengthening component maintenance and management.
