摘要 研究特警战训服面料纺纱工艺。利用芳纶、阻燃粘胶、有机导电纤维纺制多组分混纺纱。在原料选配和使用、纺纱工艺、温湿度控制等方面采取一系列技术措施,最终在棉型纺纱设备上成功开发出以中长芳纶1313色纤为主体的多组分混纺纱,纱线的外观质量和内在物理指标均达到了较好的水平,满足了特警战训服面料用纱的技术要求。认为,应合理选用纤维原料、纤维配色技术和色纺工艺、芳纶原料预处理和复合混并方式,合理设置各工序关键工艺参数及采取必要的技术措施,抓好这几个关键环节,能够纺制出质量满足要求的特警战训服面料用纱。 Spinning process on fight and training clothing of special police was researched. Blended yarn was spun by aramid,flame retardant viscose and organic conductive fiber. A series of technology measures were adopted including raw material selection and usage, spinning process, temperature & humidity control etc. Finally multi-component blended yarn which was medium-long aramid 1313 colored fiber mainly can be developed successfully on cotton type spinning e- quipment. The yarn surface quality and internal quality can be reached better level, technology demand of special police fight and training clothing can be satisfied. It is considered that yarn of special police fight and training clothing can be spun and the quality can be reached use demand when controlling some key rings such as selecting rational fiber raw ma- terial, adopting fiber color match technology and color spinning process, pre-treating aramid fiber, adopting compound drawing,selecting key processing parameter in each process,adopting necessary technology measures.
