摘要
分析研究了装载汽油机和手动变速箱的轻型汽车空档滑行高怠速现象的影响因素及控制措施。加装相应硬件及传感器是解决手动档汽车出现空档滑行高怠速的有效方法,但汽车制造和维修成本相应增加;在不增加制造成本的情况下,采用软件建模技术及细化试验标定也可以解决该问题。研究表明:在不增加额外硬件的基础上,正确设定汽油机怠速状态压力阈值是正确标定怠速运行状态的关键;同时,在怠速建模过程中,增添附件模型、强化学习功能是怠速软件功能强化的有效方法和措施。
The impacting factors on in neutral-coasting high idle speed problem for light-duty vehicles with gasoline engine and manual transmissions and its existing solution measures were analyzed. Addition of some hardware and sensors was an effective method,while automobile manufacturing and maintenance costs would increase;the better solution for the coasting high idle speed problem was to build software model and specify engine calibration without adding vehicle cost. Research results show that without adding additional hardware, correctly setting the engine idle condition pressure threshold is the key to correctly calibrate idle state;meanwhile, for idle software modeling, adding accessory models and upgrading learning function are effective means for intensifying the idle software function.
