反渗透膜工艺用于焦化废水深度处理的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用反渗透(RO)膜对焦化废水生化处理后的二沉池出水进行研究,考察了2组不同RO膜组件对焦化废水深度处理的效果。结果表明,2组膜组件产水均能满足企业工业用水的水质标准,其中1#膜组件对污染物的截留率要优于2#膜,而2#膜的膜通量与回收率要优于1#膜。从工业化应用的角度,2#膜组件更适用于焦化废水的深度处理,估算的废水深度处理成本约为6.1元/t。 Reverse osmosis (RO) process was employed for advanced treatment of coking wastewater effluent after biochemical processes, and two types of RO membrane module performances were investigated, The results show that the treated water by both RO modules could meet the quality standards ofBaosteel industrial water, Rejection rate of module 1# was better than that of module 2#, whereas membrane flux and recovery percentage of module 2# were better than that of module 1#. From the industrial application point of view, module 2# was more suitable for the advanced treatment of coking wastewater, and it was estimated that the cost of wastewater treatment was around 6,1 RMB/t.
