摘要
实验中的浓盐水来自低温多效蒸馏法产生的浓水,浓海水的含盐量约40 000 mg/L,水中含有大量杂质及消泡剂,对RO的透水通量产生一定影响。为了提高RO的透水量及延长清洗周期,在RO前加PVDF材质的超滤装置作为预处理以去除对RO膜产生影响的物质。实验通过小流量、正常运行、连续运行等步骤逐步验证了PVDF的超滤膜装置作为RO预处理。原水浊度在5 NTU以上,产水浊度都能够保持在0.1 NTU左右;消泡剂为大分子有机物聚合物,对浊度影响很大,采用PVDF膜过滤后,可以完全去除,不会对后续反渗透膜产生污堵。
The concentration of salt in concentrated seawater is almost 40 000 mg/L and there is a lot of impurity and defoamer in seawater which influences RO water flux. To improve RO water flux and extend cleaning period, adding ultrafiltration membrane with PVDF before RO removed material which influence on RO membrane in pretreatment.By small flow, normal operation and continuously run RVDF ultrafiltration membrane as RO pretreatment was verified. The turbidity of raw water is above 5 NTU compared that of treated water almost 0.1 NTU.The defoamer is acromolecular organic polymer which lagerly influences on the turbidity and they can be removed completely by RVDF ultrafiltration membrane which will never pollute and block the subsequent reverse osmosis membrane.
