Discussion on Developing Low-Carbon Transportation

面对全球气候变化和环境污染问题最严峻的挑战,国家实行节能减排战略,道路运输是国家厉行节能减排的重点领域,理应担当起节能减排的重任。文章分析了发展低碳道路运输的前题、手段、途径、目标,指出发展低碳道路运输刻不容缓。

Facing with challenges of global climate changing and environment polluting, our country has carried out strategy of energy conservation and emission reduction. As the important area, the road transportation strictly enforces energy conservation and emission reduction. This paper analyzes premise, methods, ways and target of developing low-carbon transportation and points out it is time limited to develop low-carbon transportation.
