针对思想政治工作者所感受到的与煤矿职工打交道难的现状,需要弄清思想政治工作的真正含义,深入分析煤矿职工队伍的组成及心理特点,在研究心理特点的基础上,多措并举地采取针对性措施。
It is difficult for workers of ideological and political work to contact with staff of coal mine.It is necessary to understand the real concept of ideological and political work and psychological characteristics of staff. Based on psychological characteristics, measures are taken to deal with it.
