摘要
改革开放以来,北京地区的酒店业在不断地发展,酒店会议空间设计日新月异。自1997年东南亚金融危机后,酒店市场开始出现变化,会议空间的收入不断增加,成为酒店收入的重要来源。为了了解酒店会议空间设计的变化,掌握新颖的设计内容,以优化酒店会议空间设计,提高其出租率和酒店的经济效益。通过对北京地区五星级酒店的实地调研与分析,归纳了会议类型的变化及北京地区五星级酒店会议空间设计的变化。得出在本国国情的基础上,五星级酒店会议空间的多样化、高效化设计理念,看重于更经济合理的设计模式,在低碳环保的前提下,完善各类技术服务设施,以期为酒店设计者和经营者提供借鉴和参考。
Since the reform and opening, the hotel industry in Beijing area is constantly evolving, the hotel meeting room design changes with each passing day. Since Southeast Asia financial crisis in1997, great changes have taken place in the hotel market, growing income of meeting space, become an important source of hotel revenue. For fully understanding the change of hotel meeting space design and the novel design content which are helpful to optimize hotel meeting space design and to improve the availability and the economic benefits of hotel, through on-the- spot investigation and analyzing, this paper focuses on the change of the meeting space design in the five-star hotel in Beijing area. On the basis of our national conditions, we get the design concept of diversification and highly efficient of the five-star hotel meeting space; we value at more economical and rational design patterns, on the premise of low carbon environmental protection, improve the technical services, so as to provide reference for designers and operators.
