生存环境的需求是人的生存需求当中,最基本、最强烈的需求。住宅是人类休养生息的主要场所,居住环境的优劣对居住者的生理机能和精神活动产生着潜移默化的影响。而居住环境作为提高生活质量的一个重要因素,也是经济、文化和社会等社会活动的一个重要支撑。因此对于居住环境的关注是基于人性角度贯彻落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的重大举措。该文以多方面案例为研究对象,基于城市设计角度论述其思考模式对构建绿色住区的重要作用,并以此为依据,阐释从全局理念入手构建现代城市住区是创造和谐人居环境的必然选择。

Human needs of the living environment is the most basic and strong demand.The house is the main place for humans to recuperating,the physiology and mental activities for occupants is influenced by the merits of the living environment. And the living environment is not only an important factor to improve the quality of life,but also an important support on activities such as economy,culture and society.Therefore,the concern on living environment is an important measure based on human terms to imply the scientific concept of development,building a socialist harmonious society. This paper contends various scenarios for studying,expounding the important role of green settlements based on the urban design,and as a basis,expounding to build a modern urban settlement from a overall point is an inevitable choice to create a harmonious living environment.
