结合创建和谐医院的工作实际,提出构建和谐医院必须紧紧抓住发展这个主题,围绕"以人为本"这个中心。把科学发展作为构建和谐医院的核心,把关系协调作为构建和谐医院的基础,把机制创新作为构建和谐医院的保证,把满意服务作为构建和谐医院的目的,实现医院又好又快地发展。

To build up a harmonious hospital,we should set the people -oriented principle as the core ide-a, make the realization of good communication of the hospital as the foundation , set innovation as the guarantee , and set patient satisfaction as the objective of the hospital development .
