“90后”军医学员心理特点及教育策略

Psychological Characteristics and Educational Methods for "Post-90s" Medical Students in the Military Medical University

本文通过问卷调查分析"90后"军医学员的心理特点,结果显示,"90后"军医学员整体心理健康状况良好,女生心理健康水平优于男生。强迫成为影响"90后"军医学员心理健康的主要影响因素,受到由于军校严格的管理环境以及"90后"学员独特的心理特点的共同影响。因此,改变传统教育方法,摘掉"有色眼镜",放下身段、打开心扉、积极引导,成为教育管理者的工作关键。

The aim of this article is to investigate psychological characteristics in “Post -90s” medical students in the military medical university .Results showed that mental health in “Post-90 s” medical students is in good condition , and scores in female students are higher than male ＇s.Obsession is the most important reason for students＇mental disturbance , so we should explore new educational methods and break the prejudice for “Post-90 s” in the management work .
