摘要
在区域一体化卫勤保障模式改革试点中,本院全军健康管理医学研究中心采取多种措施,以增强官兵健康意识,降低官兵疾病风险为目标,采取建立健康管理体系,实现健康管理无缝连接;加大人才培养力度,满足部队官兵健康需求;优化健康体检流程,实现健康信息互联共享;规范健康教育运作,提高官兵健康素养;完善军人健康评估体系,建立健康等级评价标准;加强心理骨干培训,提高心理卫生服务能力。
As one pilot project of medical support mode of military regional integration , many reform meas-ures were taken in the hospital management as following to improve soldiers'health awareness and reduce the risk of disease: establishing a personalized health management system to realize a seamless conjunction of health service ;improving service ability to meet the health demands ; optimizing the process of physical examination to share thehealth information; standardizing the operation of health education to promote the health literacy of soldiers ; completingthe assessment system to establish a health evaluation standard and reinforcing the training of elites to in -crease their psychological service capacities.
