摘要 为增强战救训练的真实性和效果,应用实兵交战系统设计战伤模型。依据战伤救治规则,按不同武器种类及所击中目标确定伤类,以激光靶标确定击中部位和伤型,由医学专家经验结合上述参数给出战伤并发症等,同时设定每一伤势的生命时长。战伤模型设计为我军科学、合理开展实兵对抗战救训练、提高战伤救治能力奠定了技术基础和理论依据。 In order to enhance the realistic experience and effectiveness of combat casualty care training , we envision a combat wound model that can be applied along with a combat engagement simulation system .Accord-ing to the principle of combat casualty care , types of wounds can determined by different types of weapons and wound areas while hit locations and types of injuries are determined by the combat engagement simulation system . Combined with experiences of medical experts , these parameters are used to generate wound complications and the“lifetime” of each type of wound .The design of the combat wound model will provide a theoretical basis and a technical framework for developing a scientific and rational combat casualty case training method based on an en -gagement simulation system to improve the performance of combat casualty case .
