复合材料卡瓦专用胶粘剂的应用研究

摘要 通过粘度、力学性能测试及红外光谱分析对复合材料卡瓦专用胶粘剂的性能进行了研究。结果表明,复合材料卡瓦上镶嵌陶瓷牙齿前需预热处理,预热温度设定在5060℃为宜,其胶粘剂体系粘度约为50s。该胶的韧性和粘接性能优良,胶层可以有效传递载荷,固化物的冲击强度达到9.6kJ/m^2,满足复合材料桥塞坐封时的力学性能要求。 The properties of special adhesive for composite slip element were studied by the testings of viscosity, mechanical property and FT -IR. The results showed that the preheating was needed before the ceramic teeth inla- ying in composite slip element and the preheating temperature was appropriate at 50 -60℃. The viscosity of the adhesive was about 50 s. The adhesive had good toughness and adhesion . The glue could effectively transfer the load . The impact strength of the cured product reached 9.6 kJ/m2 and met the mechanical property requirements of the bridge plug setting.
