阳离子改性酶解豌豆淀粉及其在玻纤浸润剂中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 以豌豆淀粉为原料,经酶解处理后,再将所得产品与3-氯-2-羟丙基氯化铵进行阳离子化反应,制备玻璃纤维浸润剂用淀粉成膜剂。通过单因素试验考察了氢氧化钠的加入以及酶解时间对黏度、表面张力和成膜性的影响。当酶解时间为20 h,糊化时加氢氧化钠,可降低成膜剂溶液的表面张力和黏度,所得成膜剂成膜性能好,可作为成膜剂用于玻璃纤维浸润剂体系。 TPea starch was used as the raw material to produce film-forming agent for glass fiber sizing agent in this study. The starch was firstly modified with isoamylase and then reacted with 3-chloro-2- hydroxypropyl ammonium chloride. The influence of the enzyme-hydrolysis time and sodium hydroxide on the viscosity, surface tension and film-forming property of the modified starch were studied. When the enzyme-hydrolysis time was 20 h and adding sodium hydroxide when gelatinization, the surface tension and viscosity of the filmforming agent suspension could be reduced. The film-forming agent with good film-forming property has the potential to be applied in glass fibre sizing agent.
