摘要
针对某钢铁厂铁路地基需进行二次加固处理的现状,在经过技术经济比较后,采用砂石桩方案进行加固。结果表明:经砂石桩二次加固后的地基,其表层土地基承载力特征值能达到150 kPa,深层软土层地基承载力能满足下卧层验算要求,且路基工后沉降控制在30 cm以内,达到了钢铁厂铁路路基的使用要求。
Undertakes the secondary consolidation for the railway foundation at some steel plant, sand-gravel pile is adopted for ground treatment after technical and economical comparison. The results show that: the site after ground treatment secondly by sand-gravel pile, its surface soil bearing capacity characteristic value reaches 150 kPa, its deep soft soil bearing capacity eharaeteristie value reaches the requirments of bottom layer calculation, and the settlement of road bed is within 30 cm, so the site reaches requirements of steel factory railway road bed.
