According to the special natural conditions in Tibet, the paper explores the road extension and reconstruction projects along Linzhi- Lhasa along No. 318 National Highway, and sums up the difficulties and respective strategies for the national road＇ s extension and reconstruction process at the region, so as to provide some reference for the extension and reconstruction of similar projects.
