灰色模型在武汉市商品房价格预测中的应用

The application of grey model in the prediction of Wuhan commercial housing prices

应用灰色系统理论对武汉市2001—2010年各季度的商品房均价的数据进行分析,得到武汉市商品房价格GM(1,1)模型,并利用该模型对商品房价格进行预测.检验结果表明,该模型适用于商品房价格的中长期预测.

According to the data of the average commercial housing prices of the four quarters in Wuhan from 2001 to 2010,applied the theory of grey system to analyze it and obtained the GM（1, 1） model,then predicted the commercial housing prices.The test results indicated that this model is applicable to commercial housing prices in the long term prediction.
