摘要 通过对减速箱失效原因进行分析,提出了设备在寿命周期内失效的主因是由减速器质量决定的内应力失效模式主导这一全新观点,依靠失效在线监测系统可以获取影响和导致失效的各物理量的变化趋势及相互关联情况,以监测数据为依据采取针对失效的应对措施,逐步提高减速箱质量是现阶段解决减速器失效问题的有效途径。 By analyzing the reasons of losing effect of reducers, a new opinion has been raised that the quality of reducers decides lose effect mode of internal stress, relying on lose effect on online monitoring can receives physical quantity of leading factors of losing effect.
